I was adopted at 5 weeks old and told so early I don't ever remember not knowing. My childhood was good and adoption wasn't an issue. At 40 I found out that my childhood teddy bear was gift from my birth mother.

A visceral volcano of anger erupted from deep within me. Then the chilling feeling of being unloved and unloveable.This kickstarted a learning process, healing and, eventually, sharing what I've learned.

I worked with 1,600 kids to hone a process and fun materials to help them handle tough emotions and be happy. Then I turned this into a system for adults.

​

Then I began guesting on podcasts, created my own and started speaking on webinars for adoptees, adopters and adoption professionals.
